Get out of the subway station and take the chug train to the hotel. Remember here, don't ask the price when you get on the chug train. Generally, it is 10 baht, which means 20 baht per person. Because Pattaya is a ring road, more than 20 baht is fatal.

We met some girls when we went to the Royal Duty Free Shop. We charged 120 baht for the same distance as ours. The driver is really cunning, but Bangkok is different, not the ring road, so we have to bargain.

When you take a taxi in other places, you must let the driver hit the meter, or you will be cheated. Try taking the Tug bus! Anyway, we didn't take a taxi in those days.
