Tourist resources in Luoxi Town
The main tourist attractions include Quanzhou Luoxi Forest Park, Guanyin Dam, Kuolong Temple, Guifeng Rock, Yuanjue Temple, Yuye Temple, Xilong Temple, Taoguanyan Temple, Southern Song Dynasty Ancient Arch Bridge, Famous and rare ancient trees, Dazhai Mountain Wu Jin Uprising cottage site, Qing Dynasty forest protection stele, etc. Another tourism project, Hongsi Qianyang Reservoir Area Ecological Leisure Comprehensive Development Project, has begun construction.
1. Dazhai (i.e.: Wu Jinzhai): Located in Houxi Village, it is the base camp of Wu Jin. It was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties and was led by Wu Jin in 1647 to cooperate with the uprising of the national hero Zheng Chenggong. The main village where thousands of peasants were stationed in the uprising. The walls, forts, east and west gates, racecourse, Dianjiangtai, and Wuguanjing Dianjiangtai still exist. It is an important history for studying the Luoxi peasant uprising in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. According to reports, the village was listed as a cultural relic protection unit by the Quanzhou Municipal Government in June 2001, and it was enshrined in Shi Yongzhi in 2003.
2. Guangqiao (i.e. Arch Bridge, Longtan Bridge): In Guangqiao Village, it was the main traffic bridge at the junction of the original Shanxi (Jinjiang) and Xian (Xianyou). It has a unique architectural form, with an arch of 2.3 meters. It is known as "you can't see the end of the bridge when you stand at the head of the bridge". On October 1, 1985, the Municipal Cultural Relics Management Committee erected a monument for protection, and in April 2003, the Municipal People's Government erected a monument for protection.
3. Guifengyan: Located in Shuangxi Village, from northwest to southeast, the three temples "Mengxintang", "Zhongying Temple" (i.e. Confucian Temple) and "Guifengyan" (i.e. Martial Temple) stand side by side. At the head of the turtle, there is a holy Buddha (Guan Shengfuzi) on the turtle head and a figure (Huang Chundao) on the tail of the turtle. His descendant, Sun Huang Renzao, was awarded the title of Jinshi in Jiaxu Branch in Chongzhen, Ming Dynasty, and was awarded the title of "Prince Shaobao". The temple was opened in 2001 It was listed as a municipal cultural relic protection unit in 2003. In April 2003, the Municipal People's Government established a monument for protection.
4. Other temples: such as Table Rock, Jianxing Rock, Yuye Temple, Yunjue Temple, Xilong Temple... It can be seen that "the mountains are high and the water is high, so there are many monks in Luoxi". There are also magnificent buildings such as Huakui Village, Yuye Village, Shishi Village, Flame Village, Woniu Village, Yongquan Village, Xianglu Village, Fuchuan Village, etc. , it can be seen that the feudal dynasties of all dynasties have forced the people to rebel: "The mountains are high and there are many bandits"
5. Jiulong Temple: Located on Jiulou Mountain, it was built in the Song Dynasty and was established as a cultural relic protection unit in 1983.
