First, the choice of physical examination hospital

Find a hospital convenient for you and contact the hospital (telephone, email or online) to make an appointment. The Immigration Bureau recognizes the medical examination results of any hospital within the official scope.

Second, medical examination matters

1. All applicants need to complete physical examination, including newborn babies. If the applicant is pregnant, please make an appointment with the hospital.

Third, the physical examination process

Select the medical examination hospital → make an appointment for medical examination/know the precautions and required documents → go to the hospital for medical examination → complete the medical examination (the hospital will automatically send the medical examination results to the immigration bureau, and the applicant will not receive the report form).

Fourth, physical examination needs to carry documents.

1. Physical examination letters of all applicants (physical examination form with HAP number);

2. All applicants must bring their original passports and ID cards when they have a physical examination (household registration books are not accepted, and some hospitals also require photos. Please confirm with the hospital going for medical examination in advance);

3. If you take medicine for a long time, please bring the instructions of the medicine you take;

4. If you have a history of surgery in the past, you need to bring the first page of medical records, surgical records, discharge certificates (or discharge records) and pathological examination reports. The medical record materials can be photocopies, but they should be stamped with the fresh seal of the hospital's illness certificate;

5. If you have a history of pulmonary tuberculosis, you need to provide X-ray chest films more than 6 months from now for the medical examiner to make a comparative diagnosis. Those who have received anti-tuberculosis treatment should provide detailed medical records, including: initial diagnosis results, detailed treatment plans, medication records, diagnosis conclusions after treatment, etc.

6. People with myopia need to bring their own glasses to check and correct their eyesight. Please don't wear contact lenses.

1. School-age women, please avoid menstrual period and come back for physical examination three days before and after to avoid abnormal occult blood in menstrual urine test.

Australian entrepreneurial immigration (188A visa) is the visa item with the lowest immigration conditions. Investors applying for the 188A visa can submit immigration applications as long as they are under 55 years old, have family assets of more than 800,000 Australian dollars, have owned more than 30% of the shares in domestic companies in recent two years, and the turnover of the company meets the requirements of the Immigration Bureau, and the immigration score reaches 65 points.

After the 188A visa application is approved, the applicant needs to invest at least A $200,000 to establish a business in Australia and maintain it for two years. At the same time, the applicant should participate in the daily management of Australian business.

Professional level: investment immigration

The sister version of 188A visa, 188 investment visa (abbreviated as 188B visa), is an investment immigrant visa for professional investors. Immigration conditions include: three years of investment and business experience, family assets of 2.25 million Australian dollars in the last two years, and investment of10.5 million Australian dollars in the last two years, from which 65,433 was earned.

188 investment visas also need to take immigration scores, and only when the score reaches 65 can you submit an immigration application.

If the market value of these shares exceeds A $400,000 and the company's turnover reaches A $3 million, you can submit an immigration application.

Heavyweight: major investor visa (SIV)

Major investor visa (referred to as 188C visa), this visa has relatively few immigration conditions, and the applicant does not need to participate in immigration classification, nor does it need company shares.
