The first batch of registration time of institutions directly under Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism in 2023

In 2023, the first batch of institutions directly under the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism will register online from now until February 2023 10. Applicants enter the website, register and log in online, and fill in personal registration information.

When registering online, upload the registration materials in the form of pictures (jpg format), including:

1. Registration Form;

2. Recent bareheaded photos 1 inch color electronic certificate;

3. The front and back of my ID card (or valid temporary resident ID card);

4. Academic degree certificate (graduates in 2023 are required to provide the certificate of attendance issued by the school or the employment recommendation form stamped by the school), the two-dimensional code electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education within the validity period, and the academic degree certificate of foreign countries (territories) must be provided with the foreign academic degree certificate certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education or the academic degree certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

5. If fresh graduates apply for jobs during employment, they need to provide relevant certificates of work units that have not been implemented during employment, such as the "Certificate of File Keeping" issued by the original graduate school or graduate employment departments at all levels, graduate employment guidance service centers, talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and public employment service agencies at all levels.

6. For positions with work experience requirements, provide social security payment certificate and corresponding labor contract (or work experience certificate).

7. If the applicant is a staff member of a public institution, it is necessary to provide a certificate of consent issued by the unit.
