Influence of geographical front system of college entrance examination on weather

High-pressure cyclone is a divergent cyclone, which is caused by the sinking of upper air flow.

In the control range of high pressure or high pressure ridge, downward flow is dominant.

The weather conditions are usually sunny and windless, hot and dry.

Within the high-pressure control range, the weather is relatively stable, and there is no wind and rain.

Low-pressure cyclone belongs to convergent cyclone. Because the air pressure around is higher than that in the middle, the air flows towards the center, and in the process of flowing, it is affected by the geostrophic bias force and forms a spiral shape.

Because the airflow comes from all directions and the temperature is different, a front will be formed when they meet, and the place where the front is formed is called a trough of low pressure.

This phenomenon is called frontal cyclone.

Whether a cold front or a warm front crosses the border, it will cause precipitation. Just remember, the front will only appear on the trough of low pressure.
