Brief introduction of Hongkou town

Hongkou Township is located in the middle reaches of Baisha River in the northeast of Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province. The maximum horizontal distance from east to west is 16.9 km, and the maximum vertical distance from north to south is 34.8 km. It borders Pengzhou in the east, Xiang 'e Township, Jinfeng Township and Baisha Township in the south, longchi town in the southwest and Wenchuan County in Aba Prefecture in the northwest and north, covering an area of 348.44 square kilometers and 3850 mu of cultivated land. The highest peak in China (Guangguangshan) is 4582 meters above sea level (also the highest point in the city), and the lowest point (Baishagu Brown Flower Mouth) is 920 meters above sea level. 1999 administered 18 administrative villages and 59 villagers' groups with a total population of 6080, including 200 non-agricultural people.
