Sky IOT's watch card package is not reliable. Does it work?

Bad business is just a pit. Add the phone number to the address book before making or answering a phone call, otherwise you can't make or answer a phone call, there are only 9 numbers. Such obvious difference from other figures has not been explained or reminded to customers. There is no refund after recharging. This is the biggest pit I have encountered in online trading.
