What country is lat?

Lat is the Republic of Latvia (Latvia), referred to as Latvia for short. It is a parliamentary republic in northeast Europe. The country name comes from Mandarin, which means "armor" and "metal clothing". Bordering the Baltic Sea in the west, Estonia in the north, and Lithuania in the south are called the Baltic countries. It is adjacent to Russia and Belarus in the east, with a total area of 64,589 square kilometers.
