The first time I ran the mountain, I still remember.

After watching the little golden statuettes and prostitutes and all kinds of cramps and pains shared by the great gods, the little bronze man also came to record the game.

6.27 Go to Hangzhou in the afternoon and get the equipment package from the organizer. When I saw that besides the basic clothes size chip, there were also Huoxiang Zhengqi Water and Ren Dan in the bag, I felt that it was different from the road race I had participated in before. I regretted that there was no targeted training before the race (the excuse was that there were no mountains to climb in Shanghai! )。 Have dinner with a group of friends who participated in the competition in the evening. I am in a good mood. Everyone's communication route, matters needing attention, especially the novice's explanation, have benefited a lot and are very helpful.

6.28 The alarm clock rang at 4: 30, because the hotel room was near the road and I didn't sleep well last night. I got up, took a bath, adjusted my clothes, ate a bowl of instant noodles, packed my things and set off for the starting point. Arrived at Huanglong Gymnasium at 6: 0015, and there was an endless stream of people at the scene. After delivering the package, chat with acquaintances and take photos. At about 6: 55, everyone began to gather at the starting point and wait for the camera.

Congestion began in the first section of mountain road. I was secretly pleased at that time. I was tired and sweaty just now. I took advantage of the mountain to slow down. Anyway, I'm a terrible climber. Just climb slowly. Only one person can pass through the narrow road, and it is impossible for the people behind to overtake. This paragraph is almost climbing all the way with people. Anyway, I follow the rhythm of others, and I trot when I meet a smooth road. This is acceptable and possible. When I arrived at CP 1 Buddhist College for about an hour and a half, I happened to meet Mr. Jin, who was in front of 100 meters. Haha, the supply point was full of water, so I continued on my way without a rest.

Looking at the picture, I thought the third section would start to relax, because the climb was not that high, and it was only 5 kilometers to the next supply point. It turned out to be a steep slope at the beginning. Listen to the people next to me say that it is called death slope or sad slope, and because of physical reasons, I have to catch my breath after taking three steps, and because Mr. Jin accidentally fell down at the supply point before, I am alone in this section, cheering myself up and telling myself that every step I take.

Compared with city marathon, you can quit the race at any time and get on the bus at any time. Once on the road, there is no possibility of getting off the road. You can't just say you fell and I quit. If you get it, you get it. If you don't get it, you get it. The only belief is to end it quickly!

When we arrived at CP3, it was about 1 1: 30, thinking that silver boy was hopeless. If I want to run for five hours, I must run five kilometers in the next half hour, which is impossible on the flat ground, not to mention that I have already experienced 20 kilometers. Hardly had Mr. Jin finished filling the water when he caught up with him. It seems that his injury is ok. He summed up the time and happily decided to walk slowly for the next 5 kilometers, as long as he reached the finish line before one o'clock.

The last paragraph is nothing too surprising. This is a gentle slope from top to bottom. It was drizzling all the way, and the surrounding tea gardens were looming. In fact, the biggest scenery along the way is these people running in the mountains. The most talked about is shouting "Come on!" . The last uphill and downhill, the last 1km Panshan Highway, the last downhill, with the end approaching, I was not so eager to rush over, and the road in the mountains came step by step on my own.

Finally, I walked on the steps of the Martyrs' Cemetery, but as it was almost the end, I ran the last 100 meter at will, mainly to see the photographer in front and a lot of people around me. If I don't run, I will feel a little sorry for myself. After the finish line, the text message came, 5 hours and 47 minutes 17 seconds, the first cross-country run in my life.

Thanks to my friends who have come all the way, thanks to Brother Wei's wallet for letting me take my clothes to battle, thanks to the awesome weather in Hangzhou, thanks to the organizers for their hard work in holding the competition, and thanks to myself for sticking to it all the way.

The first half of 20 15 ended with the first mountain race. We will wait and see in the second half of the year. . .
