In the strong wind, some pedestrians will speed up their pace and some cyclists will tremble. In these cases, the driver must slow down and avoid in advance, and be ready to brake and stop at any time. When passing through intersections or roads where motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians are mixed, you should slow down in time to prevent pedestrians and cyclists from suddenly breaking into your own driving route.
