According to the Meteorological Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Regulations on Weather Modification and Fujian Meteorological Regulations, Dehua County Weather Modification Office will carry out weather modification operations in combination with the climate characteristics of our county and the needs of disaster prevention and mitigation. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Weather modification operation time: 2021May17 ~18;

2. Operation area and influence scope of weather modification: upwelling, Pengcun Reservoir and circular area with the operation point as the center and the radius of 10 km;

3. Type of weather modification operation equipment: BL- 1 vehicle-mounted artificial precipitation enhancement and hail suppression rocket;

4. Operation requirements: When weather modification operations are carried out, it is forbidden for irrelevant personnel to watch them to prevent accidents.

5. Troubleshooting: If unexploded rockets or rocket debris are found, please protect the site and report to the local township people's government or local weather modification office immediately. It is forbidden to pick up, disassemble and hide by yourself, so as not to cause casualties.
