In June, I participated in planning the most difficult graduation season. The biggest problem I have encountered is that there are a lot of interviews and I need to find typical outstanding people. How to find the person I need to interview from the graduates of Yun Yun University? When I finished the interview with the enterprise, I seemed weak. I seemed to cut corners on finding someone. Before that, perhaps because I was lazy, I seldom wrote an interview outline before the interview. I always feel that I can ask all the questions I should ask, but I don't know that there is a big difference between writing an outline and not writing an outline. I spent a week interviewing a 3000-word manuscript, thinking that the interview was comprehensive and clear, but reading the newspaper was the beginning of bad reviews. At first, I had a lot of grievances and questions in my heart. I want to ask about the manuscript with low timeliness. If it's not enough and the manuscript is not good, why didn't anyone ask me to rewrite it? Why do I think there is no problem when I read the manuscript? But I read the newspaper and said I didn't grasp the general direction. Of course, this suspicion is only temporary.

I found that usually this kind of manuscript, if the people think it is right and the relevant units think it is wrong, means that the manuscript has been written successfully, and vice versa. After reading the newspaper, the water supply company really praised my good writing, but the people felt that they were defending the water supply company. Needless to say, this phenomenon explains why this manuscript was so rejected. Of course, this is just my self-righteous idea. What is the phenomenon of water shortage? What are the stories about water shortage? The water supply company answers the reason of water shortage and gives the solution. I covered all four parts, but it was still a failed manuscript. Finally, I realized that my theme was wrong and the general direction was wrong, and this manuscript became my most tangled manuscript in 20xx.
