Where is Kanas Lake? Where is Kanas Lake?
This picture shows most of the scenic spots in northern Xinjiang. If you have enough time, you can step on every point. There are always surprises for you. If not, the most beautiful scenery is on the road, isn't it?
Kanas Lake (Kanas
Lake) is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, and is known as the most beautiful lake in China. Kanas Lake has towering snow peaks, green splashed forests and beautiful lakes and mountains, and is known as "fairyland on earth and fairy garden".
Kanas is Mongolian, meaning "beautiful and mysterious lake". Kanas Lake is located in the north of Brinkin County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Lake water comes from glacial meltwater and local precipitation in mountainous areas such as Kuitun and Youyi Peak. The elevation of the lake is1374m, with an area of 45.73_2. The deepest elevation of the lake is1181.5m, and the depth of the lake is188.5m. ..
Kanas Lake, like Loch Ness in England, also has the legend of lake monsters. According to legend, a long time ago, Genghis Khan traveled westward through Kanas Lake and saw such a beautiful place. He decided to stay here for a while and let his troops have a rest. Genghis Khan drank the lake, especially to quench his thirst, and asked his generals what water it was.
A clever general replied, "This is Kanos (Mongolian means the water of Khan)." All the soldiers replied in unison: "This is the water of Khan." Genghis Khan said, "Let's call this lake Kanas Lake."
So in the legend of Tuwa people, they are descendants of Genghis Khan. After Genghis Khan's death, his body sank into Kanas Lake, and Tuwa people, as Genghis Khan's personal soldiers, stayed in Kanas Lake for generations.
The "Lake Monster" is a "Lake Sage" to protect Genghis Khan's undead from infringement. It is said that horses drinking water by the lake are often dragged into the lake by lake monsters, which adds a bit of mystery.
There are two hiking routes to Kanas. Look at the map.
One starts from Baihaba village, passes through Na Ren Ranch, Shuanghu Lake and Baihu Lake, and then walks to the upper reaches of Kanas.
The second one is from Jaden Valley to Black Lake, passing through Tuwa Village to the lower reaches of Kanas, but it is very tiring. Generally, foreign tourists don't leave.
Secondly, take a bus from the west. First drive from Baihaba Village to Jiadengyu, where there is a shuttle bus to the visitor center. Thirdly, take a bus from the east, drive from Harmony to Jiadengyu, and then take the shuttle bus to the tourist center to see the scenic spots such as Shenxian Bay and Wolong Bay.
However, in these two ways, you can't drive into the scenic spot after arriving at Jiadengyu.
What we usually call Kanas scenic spot is actually a big concept, covering Gardenyu (actually a ticketing center) and Kanas.
(Wolong Bay, Moon Bay, Fairy Bay and Fish Observation Deck are said to be the best places to see lake monsters, and you can also have a panoramic view of Kanas), which is harmonious with the original village.
The primitive village of Baihaba. Based on the ticket center of Jiadengyu, Harmony is in the northeast of Jiadengyu, and Kanas and Baihaba are in the northwest of Jiadengyu. No matter which direction you go first, you must return to Jiadengyu before you can go in the other direction.
In fact, both Baihaba Village and Harmony Village are well worth visiting. It is a village of Tuwa ethnic minorities, and the houses with wooden structures are very distinctive.
First of all, Baihaba Village (Baihaba Scenic Area) is known as the first village in the northwest and the first whistle in the northwest. It is located in Tiereketi Township, Habahe County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang, on the border between China and Kazakhstan, only 1.5 km away from East Silek, Kazakhstan, and connected by national defense highway. China Geography rated Baihaba Village as one of the eight most beautiful towns in China, and Tuwa people's unique national costumes, religious worship and customs were also favored by many people.
When you go to Baihaba village, you will meet this stone tablet, the Grand Canyon on the border between China and Kazakhstan, opposite Kazakhstan.
Entering Baihaba village is this kind of wooden house. Tuwa people are Mongolians, who love to use local materials and use wood completely.
The village has gurgling streams, high forest coverage and good air quality.
The above is the scenery around the parking lot of Baihaba Village and the scenery on the road from the entrance of the village to Jiadengyu. There are few entertainment items in Baihaba village, mainly sightseeing, or large-scale oxygen inhalation, which is not handled in the city.
The second is Harmony Village, which is located on the Kanas Lake in Brin County, Xinjiang. It is the concentrated residence of Tuwa people and the farthest and largest of the three existing Tuwa villages (Harmony Village, Kanas Village and Baihaba Village), with a total area of 3,040 square kilometers.
The houses in Harmony Village are all made of logs, full of primitive flavor. The most striking thing about Harmony Village is the unique natural and cultural landscape formed by log cabins, cattle, snow peaks, forests, grasslands, blue sky and white clouds.
These huts have become the symbol of Tuwa people. During the snow closure period of nearly half a year, most of them were buried in the soil to keep out the cold, which was particularly primitive and simple and had the traditional characteristics of nomadic people.
Generally, the roof is nailed into a canopy with wooden boards, and the room is made of single-layer logs with a diameter of 30-40 cm, which is both warm and moisture-proof.
When you play in Harmony Village, you can drift. The Harmony River drifts for 9 kilometers, integrating "strangeness, precision, clearness and seclusion". From the observation deck, harmony is like a jade belt drifting in a deep valley. You can live in Harmony Mountain Villa.
The villa is located in the valley 1km east of Harmony Village in Harmony Scenic Area, surrounded by glaciers, snow-capped mountains, virgin forests and grassland flowers, and adjacent to Harmony Tuwa Village, one of the six most beautiful ancient villages in China.
The hotel's facilities are all custom-made all-solid wood furniture, with strong earthen tile style, and are configured according to the standards of four-star hotels, only 2 kilometers away from Harden observation deck.
Are these wooden houses distinctive, primitive and quaint?
Harmony Villa, Harmony Villa is very pleasant. Here, there are eagles flying low, and there are clouds floating outside the window.
The villa cabin has large French windows, with flowers and snow-capped mountains outside.
It's good to be in a daze quietly.
Finally came to the highlight-Kanas Lake.
On the way to Kanas Lake (from Harmony)
Tips 1: About accommodation
Kanas is divided into two parts: the old village and the new village. We live in an ancient village. Accommodation is simple, but the price is high. It's just that a shabby wooden house in the village costs 500 to 600 yuan, and there is no heating.
Compared with Harmony Villa, it is simply a paradise and an underground. So no matter which month you go to Xinjiang, please bring a down jacket! Of course, you can also live in Baihaba village. Baihaba village is cheaper, depending on which direction you go.
Tip 2: About eating
I checked the raiders before I went, and they were all exaggerated. Some suggest buying a box of instant noodles, while others suggest putting 5678 naan on it. But in fact, I think the consumption in Baihaba Village and Harmony Village is a bit high, so it is wise to bring something else to eat.
Tip 3: Others
Kanas tickets 1. Kanas tickets 185 (press card, children under10.2m are free), and shuttle tickets can be purchased separately at 100 or 130. We live in a scenic spot and can buy it. If you live in Jia, you'd better buy two Jin. Kanas scenic spot is very big, and there is not enough time to play in one day.
2. The car entering the mountain doesn't stop halfway, but goes directly to the transfer center. When going down the mountain, stop at Shenxian Bay, Moon Bay and Wolong Bay in turn for tourists to take pictures.
If you want to take the plank road from Wolong Bay to Moon Bay, you can get off at one stop when you go downhill, and then get off at the next stop. However, it should be noted that the downhill bus is the last bus at 20:30. Don't miss it. Taking the shuttle bus down the mountain to sign in is a scenic spot, so you can't just sit back and watch. Let's arrange our time reasonably.
It is free to transfer to Kanas Lake at the transfer center. The shuttle bus to Yutai is round trip 60. If the physical strength of the fish-watching platform allows, it is recommended to climb to the top. And if you can get up in the morning and come here to watch the sunrise and the morning fog, it will be unforgettable.
