What was the weather like at the end of Lijiang 1? Is there heating?
Generally speaking, we seldom use heating in Yunnan! Including Lijiang! So most hotels in Lijiang have no heating! But you can rest assured! It's not as cold as you think! Many of us northerners, such as the Northeasters who go to Lijiang and Beijingers, are very comfortable, but some of us will have a little altitude sickness! As for the need for heating, in our Yunnan side, the answer is yes: no! They all think it's unnecessary. Because it is not as cold as expected.
The temperature at the end of Lijiang 1 month is about 6 or 7 degrees.
The end of January, just bring some thick clothes! If you want to climb Yulong Snow Mountain, you can add a down jacket with less things. If there are many, you can rent one first and then climb!
Other precautions include: remember to bring some cold medicine and so on. Because the temperature difference between day and night in Lijiang was a little big at that time, in case of catching a cold!
This is convenient for travel!
If you have any questions, ask me. I am also a student, but I study here in Yunnan. I have been to Lijiang many times and I am familiar with it!
Have a nice trip!
