The employing unit shall reasonably arrange and adjust the working hours according to the production characteristics and working conditions, and shall not arrange pregnant female workers and underage workers to engage in high-temperature operations above Grade III in the Classification of Occupational Hazards in the Workplace Part 3: High Temperature (GBZ/T229.3) or engage in outdoor open-air operations in hot weather above 35℃ and workplaces above 33℃.
