Wuhu fireworks management regulations 2018 On August 30th, the Fifth Session of the Standing Committee of the 16th National People's Congress of Wuhu deliberated and passed the Regulations on the Management of Fireworks in Wuhu, and on September 29th, the Fifth Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People's Congress formally deliberated and passed the Regulations on the Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Wuhu, 2019,65438+1.

Still according to this regulation. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places in our city: state organs; Cultural relics protection units; Traffic hubs such as stations, docks and airports and railway line safety protection zones; The production and storage units of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and their surrounding areas are within 200 meters; In the safety protection zone of power transmission and transformation facilities;

Medical institutions, pension institutions, educational institutions, public cultural service places and memorial places for heroes and martyrs; Key fire prevention areas such as forests and nurseries;

Other places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited as stipulated by laws, regulations and the people's governments of cities and counties (districts).

Jinghu District, Yijiang District, Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone and Sanshan Economic Development Zone (Wuhu Undertaking Industrial Transfer Centralized Demonstration Park) in Wuhu City, Anhui Province are prohibited areas from setting off fireworks and firecrackers. The time and area for prohibiting or restricting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in Wuwei City, Bay Area, Fanchang District, Nanling County, Jiujiang District and Jiangbei Industrial Concentration Zone of Anhui Province shall be determined by the county (District) people's government and the Jiangbei Industrial Concentration Zone Management Committee and announced to the public.

Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places within the urban area of Wuwei City:

(1) State organs;

(2) cultural relics protection units;

(3) Transportation hubs such as stations, docks and airports and railway line safety protection zones;

(four) the production and storage units of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and their surrounding areas within 200 meters;

(5) Within the safety protection zone of power transmission and transformation facilities;

(six) medical institutions, pension institutions, educational institutions, public cultural service places, memorial places for heroes and martyrs;

(seven) key fire prevention areas such as forests and nurseries;

(eight) other places prohibited by laws and regulations and the provisions of the municipal (District) people's government.

Two, the following areas (excluding the first provisions of the forbidden area), restrictions on the discharge of fireworks.

(1) Taishan, Taiping, Huang Wu, Shan Zhi, Wenjing, Wuhua, Xiyuan, Tongxin, Binhu, Jinhe, Chengdong, Longyun, Shuangqiao Community in Wang Fuhe, etc. 14 community;

(2) Villages south of Xinli Avenue and villages along Wu Chao Road south of Xinli Avenue in Tanshu Community;

(3) the village south of Xinli Avenue under the jurisdiction of Dongqiao Administrative Village;

(4) Villages along Wucang Road south of Xinli Avenue in Chengbei Community.

Three, in the restricted discharge area, the following time are not allowed to set off fireworks.

(a) during the Spring Festival (Lunar New Year's Eve to the third day of the first month, the seventh day of the first month, the fifteenth day of the first month);

(2) National Day (1 October1day);

(three) large-scale celebrations organized by the state, province, city and municipal government shall be set off at fixed points and at fixed times with the approval of the public security organs.

Four, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following ways that endanger public safety or personal and property safety.

(a) Emissions in buildings and structures;

(two) for pedestrians, vehicles, buildings, structures, construction sites, trees, rivers, public green spaces, manholes, etc. ;

(three) other ways to endanger public security or personal and property safety.

Nanling county 1. The county seat is located to the east of National Highway 205, to the south of Huashan West Road and Yanshan Road, Zhouyu Avenue (Huashan West Road to Honghu Road to Yanshan Road to Qiupu Avenue to the east of Zhouyu Avenue), to the west of Qingpu Road, to the north of Furong Peak Road and Yungu Road, to the old provincial road 2 16 and Jishan Avenue (to the east of Furong Peak Road and Yungu Road, along Hougang River to Taibai Avenue via the old 265438).

Jiujiang district 1. The Jiangnan area of Jiujiang District is an area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited.

2. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places in Jiangbei, Jiujiang District:

Government agencies at all levels;

(3) Transportation hubs such as stations and docks and railway line safety protection zones;

(four) within 200 meters of the production and storage units of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and their surrounding areas;

(5) Within the safety protection zone of power transmission and transformation facilities;

(six) medical institutions, pension institutions, educational institutions, public cultural service places, memorial places for heroes and martyrs;

(seven) key fire prevention areas such as shelterbelts and nurseries;

(eight) other places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited by laws, regulations and the provisions of the Municipal People's Government.

Fanyang Town, Fanchang District (1)

1. East from Wu Tong Railway Line (north) to Fanyang Avenue intersection, and then east to Zhong Er Overpass and Eshan Town intersection;

2. South to the intersection of Marenshan Road and Honghuashan Road to the intersection of Kejiachong, Cuizhuwan Community, Lingyuan Road, Fanyang No.3 Primary School, Diecuiyuan Community, Sunshine Garden Area D, Marenshan Road and Eshan Town in Jinqiao District 5;

3. Honghuashan Road (north) Huayang Community West to Marenshan Road intersection;

4. North from Huaijiu Road (east) to Du Jiang Avenue, Ning 'an Passenger Dedicated Line to the intersection of Honghuashan Road and Huayang Community S32 1.
