First, you can try to save the number of air conditioners in your home. For example, when we take a lunch break at noon, we can turn all of us into a room or a living room by turning on the air conditioner in each room. Of course, everyone will think that there are too many people and the air conditioning temperature is not enough. Will it be very hot? So we can try to turn on another fan at this time. The wind blown by the fan is very cool, which can cool us down. Turning on the fan will definitely consume electricity, but it will save more energy than turning on the air conditioner.

Secondly, we can freeze several bottles of tap water in the refrigerator in advance. When we sleep at noon or at night, we can bring a bucket or a big washbasin. Put the frozen water into the washbasin, and the washbasin should also be filled with water. When the fan blows over the water in the washbasin, the frozen water will cool the water in the washbasin. When the wind blows, there is a cool breeze.

Third, we try not to stay at home during the day. Public places such as libraries and supermarkets are usually air-conditioned. Moreover, the air conditioning temperature in these places is comfortable, so you can go to the library to learn knowledge and save electricity. Furthermore, through the influence of the environment, children can also be helped to develop good study habits.

These are some of my own experiences and some cool and energy-saving methods I have found. Another way is that we go to the countryside every summer vacation. There are many trees in the country yard, and the shade is the coolest. Put a mat on it and drink our well water. It's cold all summer.
