Major climatic events and their impacts

1. Gale: The gale affecting Jinan is mostly in spring, and strong convective weather is often accompanied by gale in summer. The number of windy days in spring is 16 days, which is 4 days more than normal. On August 2, strong winds caused disasters in seven towns including Shuizhai in Zhangqiu City and some towns in Jiyang County. The affected area reached 30,008 hectares, with an area of 8 146 hectares. The economic losses of the two counties and cities reached 10 1978500 yuan.

2. Rainstorm: There are 5 rainstorms in summer and 2 rainstorms in autumn in Jinan, and the number of rainstorm days is more than normal. On July 2nd, a rainstorm occurred in Changqing District, which affected 7 towns including Guide and Xiaoli, and flooded the land 133.3 hectares. On the 24th, a rainstorm occurred in Zhangqiu, causing 140.6 hectares of farmland to be affected. The direct economic loss of two heavy rains reached 8.3 million yuan. On September 16, there was a rainstorm in Jinan City and Changqing District. On September 19, heavy rain occurred in Jinan, Changqing and Zhangqiu. Two rainstorms, due to heavy rainfall and short duration of precipitation, caused water accumulation in low-lying areas, bridges and culverts (caves) and other places in the city, which had a certain impact on traffic, and at the same time, some houses and warehouses in low-lying areas were flooded. The continuous rainstorm caused the farmland to be too wet, which led to the late sowing of most wheat in Jinan 10 ~ 15 days.

3. 4. Hail: On June 20, Ma Tao, Jieshou and Diantai villages in the south of Wande Town in Changqing District were attacked by strong winds and hail respectively; On June 2 1 day, Shuangquan and Wande towns in Changqing District suffered a heavy rainfall process, with heavy rain mixed with hail. These two hailstorms caused great losses. The main crops affected are spring corn, peanuts, sweet potatoes and cotton. The affected area reached 553.3 hectares, with no harvest 133.3 hectares, and almost no harvest of more than 8,000 fruit trees. The direct economic loss caused by the two hailstorms reached more than 2165438+100000 yuan.

5. Drought: Due to the lack of precipitation in March, the temperature rose rapidly in April, the precipitation continued to be less, the evapotranspiration of farmland was large, and some farmland with no water irrigation conditions experienced drought. In the first half of June, there was little precipitation, the temperature continued to be high, the wind speed was high, the soil moisture lost quickly, and the farmland in Jinan suffered from drought in a large area. The area affected by the two droughts is 77,333.3 hectares.

6. Dry-hot wind: In early and mid-June, dry-hot wind weather of 4 ~ 1 1 day occurred in all parts of Jinan, mostly mild dry-hot wind, which was in the wheat harvest period and had little impact on wheat yield.

7. Extremely hot: On June 23rd and 24th, extremely hot weather occurred in Jinan for two consecutive days, with the daily maximum temperature reaching 42. 1℃.
