How to cool dogs in summer?

When summer comes, everyone knows that dogs are most afraid of heat, but they can't stay in air-conditioned rooms all the time. Parents will inevitably feel distressed when watching dogs work so hard. Is there any way to alleviate the dog's condition?

1. Prepare more pots, because even if a large bucket of water is prepared for the dog, it may be touched by naughty dogs. Therefore, as a careful owner, it is best to prepare more water at home so that dogs can drink it if they want.

2. Avoid exposing the dog to the scorching sun. Try to put the dog in a ventilated and dark place. Turn on the electric fan at any time when necessary, or turn on the air conditioner for dogs that are extremely afraid of heat.

3. Dog houses, garages, small yards or other simple buildings or shelters can all be good places for dogs to shade. But relatively speaking, the temperature in these places will also rise quickly. As a careful host, you can install thermometers in these places and observe the temperature changes at any time. You can also experience it yourself in the venue. Dogs that are afraid of heat can't stand it if they feel uncomfortable.

The temperature of a car parked in the sun will rise rapidly in a few minutes, so the owner must not leave the dog alone in the car in the hot sun unless you want to see a "hot dog" when you come back. If you just get off for a short time, park your car in the shade, open some windows to keep the air circulating, and try to return within 5 minutes.

In cool weather, even if the dog exercises a little more, it may not be physically exhausted, but in hot summer, the dog's exercise must be significantly reduced to avoid strenuous exercise in hot and humid weather. Rest when it's time to rest, and don't be bound by the dog's temper.
