Xiaqian Lake, formerly known as Tankeng Reservoir, is located in the middle of the tributary of Oujiang River in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, from the west of Jingning River to the dam of Qingtian Tankeng Hydropower Station. The water area of Xiaqian Lake is 10.7 million mu, which is the second largest artificial reservoir in the province. Xiaqian Lake International Resort consists of Xiaqian Lake and Xiaoxi River Basin, with a water area of 70.93 square kilometers and a total storage capacity of 4/kloc-0.50 billion cubic meters.
