I. Health protection measures

During the early warning period of heavily polluted weather, all localities are required to focus on strengthening the control of sewage enterprises in urban built-up areas and surrounding areas, and strictly deal with enterprises that have not stopped, have not been restricted, deliberately increased emissions and electricity consumption before warning, or evaded control in the name of "unable to stop for safety reasons" and "equipment debugging and maintenance".

Dust source emission reduction measures

The housing and urban-rural construction department is responsible for urging the construction unit to immediately stop the outdoor dust-related and gas-related operations on the construction site, stop the earthwork operations such as excavation, backfilling, on-site transportation, lime mixing and concrete chiseling on the construction site, and stop the demolition of urban buildings and the excavation of supporting roads and trenches for construction projects.
