How are all kinds of weather formed?

Various weather conditions occur because the heat of the sun keeps the air in a state of constant flow. When the earth's surface gets hot, the temperature also rises, hot air rises, and cold air falls to form wind. The heat of the sun evaporates the water in the ocean and forms clouds. When the cloud gets cold, the water droplets in it turn into rain.
