Three. Work plan for the second half of the year

In the second half of the year, our bureau further implemented the spirit of the provincial and municipal conference on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, continued to carry out leak detection and fill vacancies in an all-round way according to the work plan at the beginning of the year, focused on the assessment objectives and tasks, and carefully checked and implemented them to ensure the completion of the work throughout the year. In the second half of the year, we should continue to do the following work:

(a) focus on the publicity of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction knowledge. Use? 7? 28? Tangshan earthquake memorial day, popular science publicity month, legal publicity week and other time periods, continue to do a good job in publicity activities of popular science knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, self-help and mutual rescue knowledge, and seismic fortification knowledge. Further improve the establishment of demonstration schools, demonstration communities, demonstration villages and demonstration enterprises for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in our county.

(2) Continue to promote earthquake monitoring and prediction. Do a good job in earthquake duty, make good use of macro data, and do a good job in monthly and annual consultation. Strengthen the observation, investigation and verification of macro-anomalies of earthquakes, strengthen publicity and training for the masses, extensively guide and mobilize the masses to carry out the observation of macro-anomalies of earthquakes on the basis of improving their observation and identification capabilities, and report any anomalies to the government or the earthquake office in time to provide timely and valuable information for the earthquake department to judge the earthquake situation.

The filing rate of safety evaluation of major projects and seismic fortification of general construction projects reached 100%. (5) Continue to promote the construction of emergency shelters. According to the location of emergency shelter determined by the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction plan, make full use of existing facilities such as parks, green spaces, public squares, schools, playgrounds, stadiums, civil air defense projects, large open-air parking lots, etc., and add necessary emergency facilities through planning, standardize and set up unified signs, signs and floor plans to meet the standards of earthquake emergency shelter and meet the evacuation needs of residents.
