Why is there no weather forecast on QQ?

Qq weather forecast function needs to be started manually, and the tool used is a computer. Take QQ version qq7.8 as an example, and the opening method is as follows:

1. Log in to your qq and click the settings icon in the lower left corner.

2. Click Permission Settings at the top of the interface, then click Personal Status on the left side of the interface, and finally check my geographical location and weather on the right side of the interface.
