According to the needs of air pollution prevention and control in provinces, cities and counties, our county continues to implement the normalization of two tail numbers. In order to realize synchronous rotation with Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Principle of restriction: working days from April 4, 2022 to July 3, 2022.

Monday: Tail numbers 3 and 8 are restricted;

Tuesday: tail numbers 4 and 9 are restricted;

Wednesday: tail numbers 5 and 0 are restricted;

Thursday: the tail number 1 and 6 are restricted;

Friday: Tail numbers 2 and 7 are restricted.

2. Restricted areas: Dongsi Street, Qiaodong Street, Fusheng South Street, North Street, Fu Qian Street, Zhongxing Street, Taihang Road, He Yan Road, Shahe North Road, Shahe South Road, Fahua Road, Sanguanmiao North Street, expressway West Lead, County Hospital to Qiaodong Street.

3. Time limit: 7: 00- 19: 00 on working days, holidays are not limited, and restrictions will be announced separately in special periods and during the Class I red warning period of heavily polluted weather.

Fourth, restrictions:

We will continue to implement measures to bypass yellow license trucks in the main city of the county, and continue to implement measures to ban tractors, agricultural vehicles and fuel tricycles.

During the restriction period, vehicles that violate the restriction regulations will be captured electronically, and the public security traffic control department will impose a fine of 100 yuan according to law.

The restricted line does not include the following vehicles: 1, buses, passenger buses, passenger taxis, large vehicles with tourist bus operating licenses issued by the transportation management department and school buses with school bus licenses; 2. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles that perform tasks; 3. Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled with legal new energy licenses; 4. Other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.
