Is there strong convective weather in winter?

Strong convection in winter is obviously very rare, especially in the north. Strong convection requires a strong rising heat and high humidity, but in winter, the humidity is low and the temperature is low, so the atmosphere is stable and will not rise sharply. Moreover, the temperature difference between the upper and lower layers of the air is small and the convection is small, so there is generally little strong convection weather. If the temperature difference between the upper and lower air is large, or there is cold air, strong convection may also occur.
