Binggu Town is located in the south of Miyi County, on the east bank of Anning River, 1 1km from the county seat of Miyi County and 70km from Panzhihua City. Provincial Highway 2 14 and chengdu-kunming railway pass through the town in the north-south direction. Located at the intersection of Xinshan, Yakou and Salian Township, bordering Huili County in the south, it is the transportation hub and economic, cultural and scientific center of the second district of Miyi County.
