According to Mr Wen, it was very hot at that time. After being trapped for more than ten minutes, the temperature inside the car became very high, and he was "suffocating"! Fortunately, the taxi driver who happened to pass by found him banging on the window of the car for help. Several people smashed the glass before Mr. Wen was rescued.

Mr. Wen also said that after being locked in the car for more than ten minutes, he tried various ways to escape from the car, but all failed. After Mr. Wen was rescued, he immediately contacted Tesla customer service nearby. Two hours later, Tesla staff came to the scene and said that it might be a battery problem and needed further inspection.

Tesla staff said that there is an emergency pull ring under the window lifting panel. When the car has no electricity, you can open the emergency pull ring and open the door mechanically.
