The Portuguese Garden on the Plateau, which won the Guinness Book of Records, has unique scenery and various customs.

Recently, WBO reporters visited Tibet, and the first stop was Rongshun Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd.' s thousand mu vineyard in Qushui County, Lhasa.

In Tibet, which is extremely vast in the world, it is 4-5 kilometers away from the Portuguese Garden, that is, you can see a large number of vineyards growing on the slope formed by the two mountains.

Driving into the vineyard, standing at the top of the Portuguese Garden, with the high visibility brought by the good weather in Tibet, you can see a large area of scenery, and the vast mountains and plains are extremely spectacular. The vineyard is the most concentrated place of green in this landscape.

Based on the high altitude of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, there are few green plants growing on the peaks that can be seen from the vineyards. Only the vineyard and the two hills behind it are rich in vegetation and extremely lush. It is understood that this microclimate is also conducive to the growth of vines.

The peak of a nearby mountain doesn't look as round as the surrounding peaks, but there are several rocky cliffs that go straight into the sky. It is said that this mountain is called Wuzhishan, which is regarded as a sacred mountain by local people, and people will go up to worship. There is also an ancient temple of Tibetan Buddhism on the top of the mountain at an altitude of 4300 meters next to the Portuguese Garden. These customs add a bit of spirituality to the Portuguese gardens on the hillside.

The WBO reporter followed several employees of Rongshun Company to the lowland grassland below the vineyard for lunch. The vegetation here is quite rich, and there are countless cows around for food. Friends of Rongshun Company set up a barbecue grill on the grassland to roast yak meat and pork belly with wine, which was delicious.

The WBO reporter was amazed at the quality of this wine-it was balanced, smooth, rich and sweet. This wine doesn't look like it comes from a small producing area with only a few years of cultivation history.

The amazing quality of wine

It is understood that this is not the first vineyard of Rongshun Company in Tibet. As early as 20 1 1 year, Rongshun Company planted vines on the plateau of 342 1. 12-3470.50 meters in Sangri County, Shannan City, Tibet. Ten years later, the Portuguese Garden in Sangri County has planted 7,000 mu of grapes, and another 3,000 mu will be planted by the end of this year. In other words, by the end of the year, Rongshun will reach the scale of 10,000 mu of Portuguese Garden in Shannan.

The WBO reporter followed the employees of Rongshun Company to visit the Portuguese Garden in Sangri County. Ten thousand mu of Portuguese Garden is planted along the Yarlung Zangbo River Valley. It winds down with the swift Yarlung Zangbo River, and it takes a long drive to finish it, which shows its scale.

The ten thousand mu Portuguese Garden in Sangri County is relatively mature. Today, 3,500 mu of grapes are used to make wine. This place is called Pazhu winery. The main building of the winery is located halfway up the mountain, and the winery platform overlooks the vineyard and Yajiang River.

The reporter also tasted the wine from this vineyard in the winery. Its concentration and durability are very good, and its rich aroma and spicy taste are quite like wine. The work in Sangri County has undoubtedly accumulated rich experience in plateau wine grape cultivation for Rongshun Company.

One of the important experiences is the unique grape varieties cultivated by Rongshun Company in Tibet. 20 1 1 year, Rongshun Company planted five varieties of grapes in Sangri County to test which varieties are suitable for local conditions here. In 20 12, Rongshun Company began to grow grapes in Qushui County with high altitude, and experienced many failures. Rongshun Company not only summarized a set of experiences in growing wine grapes at high altitude, but also cultivated its own variety-Super High Altitude A..

At present, the wine brewed by ultra-high altitude A has multiple uniqueness. Growing at ultra-high altitude under the strong sunlight in Tibet, grapes are more easily colored, and even the flesh is purple, which makes the color of red wine brewed with this grape obviously deepen. The vines don't need to be buried here for the winter. Secondly, the wine brewed by ultra-high altitude A has rich aroma layers, compact tannin structure and longer aging ability.

Tibet is in short supply and will face the national market in the future.

Because the vineyard is located on the plateau, it takes a long time for the vines to bear fruit, and finally it is suitable for wine making. At present, there are not many grapes for wine making in Rongshun Company, and the products are mainly sold in Tibet. Li Xiaoping, the legal representative of Rongshun Company, told WBO: "At present, the company's wine supply is in short supply."

"At present, our wine is mainly sold through direct sales in Tibet, and Tibetan companies directly call the company to purchase. After all, Tibet has a small population. " Li Xiaoping said, "Even without much distribution and promotion, our wine is still the standard for many companies in Tibet to receive customers with its visible high quality."

It is understood that the unique natural conditions in Tibet enable Rongshun Company to realize green planting, and the extremely high quality makes Rongshun Company's wines have a very high reputation in Tibet.

It is worth mentioning that although the quality is extremely high, Rongshun Company has not artificially raised the price like some domestic fine wineries. The wine price of Rongshun Company is concentrated in the price range of 100-300 yuan. Even the only benchmark product, the price is only 600 yuan.

Based on multiple advantages, Lhasa wine and Shannan Sangri wine produced by Rongshun Company have gained high popularity in Tibet.

With the maturity of more wine grapes in the future, it is foreseeable that the wine production of Rongshun Company will increase exponentially. By then, Rongshun's wines will not only be sold in Tibet, but also face the national market.
