One of the reasons why air conditioners don't cool: Freon is not enough (commonly known as "snow species" is not enough)

When the ambient temperature is about 35 degrees Celsius, it is 1, the low pressure is 0.45MP2, the high pressure is above 2.5MP, and the static pressure is1.1-kloc-0/.2mp.

This is a normal situation, which usually appears in old air conditioners that have been used for three to four years. The air conditioner is not completely uncooled, but the cooling effect has decreased. This is because old air conditioners use freon as refrigerant, which will evaporate after long-term use. Therefore, users only need to add a little to the regular air conditioning maintenance point. In addition, the problems of freon leakage and the machine itself caused by improper installation are not ruled out.

The second reason why the air conditioner does not cool: the power supply voltage is not enough.

The normal starting voltage of air conditioner is 220V+- 10%. In China's power supply system with phase voltage of 220V and line voltage of 380V, almost all compressors above 200V can be started. Above 180V, 70-80% can be started, and above 160V, only a few can be started. I have done this experiment myself. It is almost impossible to start the compressor below160V, and it is reliable to start the compressor above190V according to experience.

The third reason why the air conditioner does not cool: the power of the air conditioner is not enough.

General selection principles are: refrigeration 150-250W/ m2, heating 250-350W/ m2. In addition, factors such as space height, floor orientation, sealing performance and resident population should be considered comprehensively.

The fourth reason why the air conditioner does not cool: the external environment temperature is too high.

There is a common saying that when the outdoor unit is above 43, it is difficult for most air conditioners to transfer indoor heat to the outside, resulting in no refrigeration.

The fifth reason why the air conditioner is not cooled: the air conditioner is not cleaned and maintained for a long time.

Obviously, it is impossible for air conditioners to operate normally without affecting human health and prolong their life as much as possible. As the outdoor unit is exposed outdoors, it is easy to absorb dust and sundries. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will affect the heat dissipation performance of the machine and reduce the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner. Indoor machines are related to human health. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will breed bacteria, pollute the air and make people sick.

The sixth reason why the air conditioner does not cool is that the copper pipe connecting the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is too long.

The maximum allowable length of air-conditioning connecting pipes shall not exceed 8m for one, 1.5-2,10m, and15m for more than two. The height difference between indoor unit and outdoor unit shall not exceed 5 meters.
