Advocate public green consumption and green travel, increase public transport capacity and improve public transport trip rate. Units and the public should minimize the use of paints, paints, solvents and other raw materials and products containing volatile organic compounds.

Third, compulsory pollution reduction measures.

Counties should ensure that the emission reduction ratio of SO2, NOx, PM, VOCs and other major pollutants reaches above 20% respectively, and can adjust the emission reduction ratio of SO2 and NOx internally, but the sum of the two emission reduction ratios shall not be less than 40%.

1. Emission reduction measures of industrial enterprises:

In accordance with the emission reduction requirements of "one factory, one policy", industrial enterprises stop production or limit production through some production lines to achieve emission reduction. 3. Measures to reduce mobile pollution sources:

In addition to urban operation support vehicles and vehicles carrying out special tasks, construction waste and muck transport vehicles, concrete tankers, gravel transport vehicles and other medium and heavy trucks. Jining no-go area refers to the North Outer Ring Road, the West Second Ring Road and the South Outer Ring Road, excluding the outer ring road. Three-wheeled vehicles, low-speed trucks and tractors are prohibited from passing; It is forbidden to use all kinds of construction machinery of Grade II and below, except vehicles that undertake people's livelihood security, special products and first aid.

Iron and steel, building materials, electric power, coal mines, coking, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, mines, coal washing plants, ports, logistics and other units involved in the transportation of bulk raw materials and products. The use of heavy trucks of Grade 4 and below should be stopped. Construction sites, industrial enterprises and industrial parks stop using non-road mobile machinery at or below the national level.
