The Local History of Liucun Township
1956 65438+1October 7th, Liucun was the first village in the county to establish Dongfanghong collective agricultural cooperative (advanced agricultural cooperative), and Liucun Township established a district-level organizational system in 1957. There are six villages in China, and the township government offices are located in Liu Mu Village, hence the name. 1958 changed to Liucun People's Commune. 1984, Liucun Township, Township People's Government and Township directly under the authority were restored, and all enterprises and institutions were located in the former site of the People's Commune on the south side of Liu Mu Village.
Liucun is saline-alkali land in the east and north, mixed soil in the middle and west, and sandy land in the south, accounting for 8%, 72% and 20% of the total land area respectively.
