What does Germany wear in June?

I just got back from Frankfurt, where the temperature is about 13-23, but I can wear short sleeves (I am a woman), and the climate is very comfortable. It's sunny, but neither too cold nor too hot. If you are afraid of cold in the morning and evening, you can wear a thin coat.

They use daylight saving time now, which is six hours slower than ours. It will dawn after 6 o'clock in the morning, and it will get dark at night 10.

The latitude of Berlin is higher than that of Frankfurt, so it should be no problem to wear short sleeves and a coat.
