Gankun Bay, the first bay of the Yellow River, is a natural Tai Chi map.

"There are dozens of bays in the Yellow River, dozens of boats in dozens of bays, ninety-nine bends in the Yellow River, ninety-nine bays and ninety-nine boats". I often think of these lyrics in my mind, and the feeling of heroism and desolation impacts my heart.

From 2007 to now, I have been to Gankun Bay five times in a row, and I have different feelings every time. Every time I go to the scenic spots, there are great changes, especially this time, which is quite shocking, because compared with before, there is a world of difference.

The winding Yellow River comes from underground.

Gankun Bay is located in Tu Gang Township, Yanchuan County, Yan 'an City. I remember that tickets were not charged before 20 15, and the scenic spots expanded several times after 20 15. This ticket is a pass. After entering the scenic spot, there are many branches of scenic spots, such as Gankun Bay, Huifeng Village, Qingshui Bay, Nianpan Folk Culture Village, Qingshui Yamen and Fuxi Wharf (which can drift to Xiedao). Every scenic spot is more than ten miles away, so it is convenient to drive. You can drive directly or take the shuttle bus. Tickets are valid for three days, and there are many accommodations (many holes) in the scenic spot. You can continue to play the next day. Suggest staying for one night.

The meanders of the Yellow River in Yanchuan County extend from north to south, in turn: Vortex Bay, Yanshui Bay, Fusi Bay, Gankun Bay and Qingshui Bay.

Huifeng Village faces the Yellow River to the east, and the artificial relics in the village were built in the twenty-fifth year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty. The ancients built stockade walls, stockade gates and watchtowers. Relying on the natural hazards of Huifeng Mountain, it has become one of the earliest existing military fortifications in northern Shaanxi.

The long ladder can go down to the bottom of Huifengzhai and walk to the Yellow River. I don't know if I want to go fishing. Yellow carp is expensive.

I once picked up stones in the crab island of Gankun Bay, and I was lucky to find very beautiful stones. A friend of mine once found a beautiful stone in the Yellow River section of Discovery Valley and polished it into a bracelet. I saw this bracelet with my own eyes. It's black and bright, and the color is very good. I'm amazed at the agate and jade bracelet.

Gankun Bay is an S-bend with a degree greater than 320 degrees, which is known as the first of the nine bends of the Yellow River. There are many resorts in the scenic area, including Gankun Bay Resort, Qingshui Bay B&B, Nianpan B&B, Gankun Bay Hotel, Ancient Boat Inn and Huifengzhai Accommodation. Tickets are valid for three days, and it is not bad to spend a few days during the holiday to experience the cave culture in northern Shaanxi.
