Control transformer damage

Remove the transformer and measure that the primary coil has no resistance and the secondary resistance is normal. After replacing the new transformer, troubleshoot.

Breakdown damage of varistor

When the machine shell was opened for inspection, it was found that 5A safety tube was black, mostly caused by lightning strike. In summer when there are many thunderstorms, it is best to unplug the air conditioner when the weather changes, so as not to cause unnecessary losses.

Scaling outside condenser and evaporator

The blockage of dirt (such as catkins and dust) on the evaporator and condenser of air conditioner will obviously reduce the refrigeration effect and even cause no refrigeration. Users should pay attention to the regular cleaning and maintenance of air conditioners.

Compressor starting capacitor damaged.

If the compressor does not work, measure the winding resistance of the compressor, and the starting capacitor of the measured compressor has no charging and discharging phenomenon. After replacing the starting capacitor, correct the fault.

The capacity of air conditioning power cord is insufficient.

Before starting, the 220V power supply was normal, but the voltage measured at the moment when the compressor started was only about 150V, which was mostly due to the improper selection of the 220V power supply line and the thin conductor section. If this failure occurs, just replace the power cord.
