What's the weather like in Hotan

The weather quality is not very good, and there is more dust, especially in April and May in spring. The basic characteristics of the climate of the four seasons are: long and windy spring, hot and dry summer, cool and rapid cooling in autumn, little snow and not cold in winter. It belongs to warm temperate zone and extremely dry desert climate. The annual average temperature is11.0℃ ~12.1℃, the annual precipitation is 28.9 ~ 47. 1mm, and the annual evaporation is 2198 ~ 2790 mm. Hotan has an arid and desert climate, with an average annual precipitation of only 35 mm and an average annual evaporation of 2,480 mm. There are many sandstorms in four seasons, and there are more than 220 days of floating dust every year, including about 60 days of thick floating dust (sandstorm). According to the determination of the environmental protection department, there is no Grade I or II weather in Hotan all year round, Grade III or IV weather lasts for 28 days each, and Grade V weather lasts for more than 300 days, with an average monthly dust fall of 1.24 tons /km2. There are 36 rivers in China, with an annual runoff of more than 7.3 billion cubic meters. The seasonal contrast of rivers is great, with flooding in summer, severe drought in autumn and winter and extreme water shortage in spring. The inflow from April to May only accounts for 7% of the annual inflow.
