Therefore, this winter's cold wave in China was affected by La Ni? a phenomenon. Not only China experienced extreme climate, but also Spain and Siberia were affected by La Ni? a, resulting in persistent snowstorms.

Global warming does not mean a "warm winter". On the contrary, global warming will also change the global atmospheric circulation situation, leading to extreme weather events in some areas, including cold wave, which is an extreme weather climate.
