Only single and even number driving, single day driving and double day driving (single number is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, even number is 2, 4, 6, 8, 0, and the last digit is subject to the letter). Time limit. (5) Insurance survey vehicles, funeral home vehicles, special wrecker vehicles, sprinklers, road sweepers, guardrail cleaning vehicles, pollution suction vehicles and garbage removal vehicles during the operation;

(6) Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles with legal licenses, and small cars driven by people with lower limbs who have been audited by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation. 5.
