Summary of Green Cycling Activities

When the activity reaches a certain stage or draws to a close, it is necessary to go back and carefully analyze the work done by the research, affirm the achievements, find out problems, sum up experiences and lessons, raise awareness, clarify the direction, and express it in words. This is called activity summary. The following is a summary of green cycling activities, please refer to it!

Cycling Summary Yesterday at two o'clock in the afternoon, I sorted out all my cycling notes for these ten days and posted them on my blog. For me, the whole ride is only half finished, and it is complete to have a written record. This is the fastest time I have written, because there is still a life in Liaoyang waiting for me to "finish". After finishing this action point, I relaxed, and now I can sum up my riding in Daxing 'anling without stopping.

Open the map of Heilongjiang Province, follow my riding track and find that I have drawn a circle in its northwest (including a small part through Inner Mongolia). My brother helped me draw a road map for each blog post. During the ten-day ride, I sent him a text message every night after signing in, and he also sent me a text message to forecast the mileage and weather, providing me with travel information and spiritual encouragement.

Let's start with the weather: it didn't rain for only three days in ten days. The first day, the second day, the eighth day, and the other seven days accompany me through thick and thin, with the second half mostly and the last two days being the most important. Cycling in rainy days, although there is a poncho, can only protect the upper body, and the lower body can only be allowed to get wet. The most wronged thing is my foot. As long as the rain stops for a while, my pants can be blown dry by the wind, but my shoes won't dry so fast, so my feet are always soaked in wet shoes, which are all white and blistered.

Let's talk about the road first: the real flat road I took was only the first two days (the last 20 kilometers of the next day were also mountain roads, from Moqi to Denteko) and the last 80 kilometers (Mingshui to Daqing), and the rest were mountain roads or slopes; It can be said that more than 80% of the roads are mountain roads, and half of the roads are against the wind. Therefore, the mileage of this ride (187 1KM) is not only more than the ride from Beijing to Daqing, but also more difficult than that one.

As for the road conditions, generally speaking, it is very good, and the Da (Qing)-Qi (Qihar)-Ne (River) road surface is excellent, which can be called high speed; The road from Nehe to Molidawa is narrow and damaged, and there are many vehicles. G 1 1 1 The national highway from Moqi to Jiagedaqi is not bad; S207 The pavement from Jiagedaqi to Tahe River is very good, partially damaged but all paved with stones. X20 1 Tahe to Shibuya Station, a very flat oil road; S209 from 18 station to Heihe River is also an oil road, which is very good. G202 Because Heihe to Bei 'an is repairing the Beihei Expressway, every village intersection has to get off the highway, and the intersection is very bad, and it becomes a mud pond on rainy days; The situation improved after Bei 'an, but sometimes the concave land between the two slopes was diverted for maintenance; G203 after Mingshui lets you gallop forward to your heart's content.

I only met two cyclists on the road, and they all walked in the opposite direction, passing by and unable to talk. The first time was from Sun Wu to Chen Qing, a threesome; The second time, G203 was just on Mingshui, and it was fully equipped-by the way, my riding equipment was very amateur. If it weren't for my bike and my dusty body, I wouldn't see that I was a traveler at all.

Let's talk about the scenery: I think wetlands are the most beautiful on sunny days, such as Zhalong Wetland on the first day; Although the scenery of Yin Angel is inferior, the farmland and forest areas in Daxing 'anling are also unsatisfactory because of autumn (it will be fine in another month); After crossing the Heihe River, there is no scenery (of course, this is my own feeling, probably because of fatigue, wind and rain, plus familiar roads)-in fact, the so-called scenery is still in my heart!

Talking about accommodation: I never mean to eat, just fill my stomach; I still want to eat some "orthodox" breakfast, such as steamed buns and porridge. I want to eat rice for lunch-if I don't eat it, I will deal with it, and even go to the village to "beg" (I ate three meals this time: what moved me most was that the old woman told me the next morning that she didn't want anything in the nameless hut after she got rich; The second time was in a small village next to Jiagedaqi, having lunch with others and being accepted; The last time was that the lunch in Fenghuangshantun in front of Bei 'an was rejected-three times of "begging" and three times of attitude, which was so profound! ); Because I want to drink a little wine in the evening, I have to cook at home, such as dried pepper beans in the northeast. If there is no restaurant, I will buy some ready-made appetizers (such as buns that night).

Well, I only choose the cheapest hotel or hostel, and hotels never care. The most expensive places to stay this time are Huma and 20 yuan, followed by Chen Qing, 17 yuan/night (including bath expenses), followed by Dent, 15 yuan/night, and the rest are 10 yuan/night. The best feeling is Taha on the first night (neat and clean) and Paoziyan on the seventh night (poetic pastoral), the worst is the dry harvest on the last night (like a shipwreck), and the rest are average. So, after ten days, my expenses can be comparable to those of "cool pickpockets".

I've been riding a bike for many years, and I've never brought my car repair tools. I am most afraid of puncture on the road, but the places that are most prone to puncture are in crowded places (this time the Tiger Shop has a puncture, there were two before), and the puncture can be repaired quickly; However, bringing tools will make you feel more carefree.

In addition, I have a little experience on the road. For the sake of health, I might as well try it: before passing by, take a long breath and hold your breath, and then wait for the car to pass by to reduce the amount of exhaust gas inhaled; Of course, if there are too many cars after another, don't hold back, but be a vacuum cleaner-you should minimize the damage on the road.

In a word, cycling is both a hobby and an asceticism. It is important to develop the ability to be happy through suffering. At this point, I have not done enough.

Precautions for cycling The dangers of cycling are as follows:

subjective factor

1, using self-locking has not been skillfully unlocked. If the speed slows down and the lock cannot be unlocked, the car will fall.

2, the spirit is not concentrated, the grip is not firm, hitting the stone or dimple, the vibration causes the hands to leave the handlebar, and the front wheel is twisted, causing the car to fall down.

Looking back at my companion, I didn't expect a third party to suddenly appear in front of me (the third party can be a motor vehicle, a non-motor vehicle, or a pedestrian who suddenly crosses the road) and collide with the third party.

Material factor

4. When the formation is riding with the car, the front car suddenly changes the riding route or the rear car collides with the front car, resulting in the collision of the wheels, the front wheels can't turn and lose balance, and the car falls.

5. Collision with a third party due to unknown road conditions, such as an accident when crossing a sharp turn or fork in the road.

6. The third party actively collides. The most serious life-threatening accident was hit by a driver who broke the rules or slept outside the driveway.

Solutions to the above problems:

1, practice using self-locking. In my opinion, when unlocking, first practice the habit of unlocking with the right lock. Because the right lock is unlocked first, people and vehicles must lean to the right first, so it is easy to ensure that the roads in China drive on the right side and avoid falling to the left and being collided by vehicles passing on the left. After skilled use of self-locking, this method of falling off the car does not exist.

2. In addition to making sure the road conditions are good and drinking water, you should always keep your hands clenched in a tiger's mouth and hold on to the handlebars. The most common mistake is to relax the importance of holding the handlebar when you are tired.

3. When looking back at your partner, make sure that there will be no third party suddenly in front, and don't look back at your partner for a long time, especially on the side of the road (this lesson is not just bicycle driving).

4. Improve your car-following skills and alertness, keep your concentration, but don't be too nervous, and keep a relaxed mood to follow the car.

5. In the choice of routes: Ride more on routes with good road conditions and few motor vehicles. In addition to long-distance cycling, especially cycling practice, we should try to avoid cycling on roads with heavy traffic such as national highways and provincial highways. Bad behaviors such as racing, dominating cars and speeding on the streets are strictly prohibited in urban areas.

Familiar with the road conditions: If you are unfamiliar with the road during the first few rides, especially in the case of sharp turns and steep slopes, don't ride reckless cars. Most amateur cyclists ride on open roads. When encountering sharp bends and downhill roads, don't think that you are familiar with the road conditions and ride too fast, because there may be fine sand, engine oil and discarded foreign objects on the road, which will affect the grip performance of tires and threaten riding safety.

6. The probability of this situation is too small. Don't be afraid, but don't be careless. Therefore, it is good to choose roads with few motor vehicles, and the probability of motor vehicle injuries can be minimized.
