There is no clear goal and detailed work plan in the work. As a salesperson, if you don't have a goal, you will let yourself go without a sense of urgency and pressure, which will lead to low work efficiency and unreasonable working hours.
4. Bragging that "quality is not quantity" leads to a small number of customers. Usually, the follow-up is not timely when making an appointment, and the management of customer assets is mixed, resulting in less entrustment, which affects the transaction!
5. Usually, the communication with customers is not deep enough, so it is impossible to clearly convey the knowledge of the project and the selling points of the real estate to customers, to meet the needs of customers in time, and to find out customers' views on the advantages and disadvantages of the project in time.
6. I didn't consult my leaders and colleagues in time for the problems in my usual work!
