The tropical depression in the South China Sea will hit the local rainstorms in the coastal areas of Vietnam, Hainan and Guangxi again.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue tropical depression forecast at 06: 00 on the 25th:

The center of the tropical depression in the South China Sea landed on the coast of Wanning, Hainan around 9: 20 last night (24th Beijing time, the same below). When landing, the maximum wind force near the center was 7 (16m/s), and the lowest pressure in the center was 995 hectopascals. After crossing Hainan Island, this low pressure moved into the northern part of Beibu Gulf in the early morning of today (25th). At 5 o'clock in the morning, its center is located in the northern part of Beibu Gulf, about 260 kilometers southeast of Haiphong City, Vietnam, that is, north latitude 19.8 degrees, east longitude 1 18.9 degrees. The maximum wind force near the center is level 7 (16m/s).

It is estimated that the low pressure center will move to the northwest at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour, and the intensity will be maintained or slightly strengthened. It will land again on the northern coast of Vietnam this afternoon (magnitude 7-8,16-20m/s).

Gale forecast: From 08: 00 on the 25th to 08: 00 on the 26th, there will be 6-7 winds and 8-9 gusts in the northwest of the South China Sea, Qiongzhou Strait, Beibu Gulf, the western, northern and eastern coasts of Hainan Island, the western coast of Guangdong and the southern coast of Guangxi, among which the winds in some areas in the northern part of Beibu Gulf can reach 8 and the gusts are 9- 10.

Precipitation forecast: From 08: 00 on the 25th to 08: 00 on the 26th, there will be heavy rain and local heavy rain (50-70 mm) in parts of western and southern Hainan Island, southwestern Guangxi and southeastern Yunnan.
