What is a prefabricated building?

Prefabricated buildings are buildings assembled from prefabricated building components. Different from the traditional way, this construction method moves a lot of field work to the factory, where the floor, stairs and other accessories and components are made, and then transported to the construction site, where they are assembled and fixed by connection, thus forming a building structure.

It mainly includes assembled concrete structure, steel structure, modern wood structure and so on. It adopts standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, information management and intelligent application, and promotes the coordinated development of intelligent building and building industrialization on the basis of the development achievements of industrialization and modern information technology.

MiC is the core technology in the assembled 4.0 era and one of the most advanced intelligent building technologies at present. At the sustainable development summit of BEYOND International Science and Technology Innovation Expo, the MiC series building products of "Hailong Mould" launched by China Construction Hailong Technology attracted the attention of the industry. The four series of building products of "Hailong Formwork" are C -MiC Formwork of Hailong Concrete Structure, and the representative project is Zhangkengjing Block Project in Longhua District, Shenzhen. Hailong elevator E series -MiC model, the representative project is the new elevator project in Shenzhen middle school dormitory; Hailong steel structure S series MiC template, the representative project is Yantai Laishan Binhai Health Station; I series -Ibox Hailong MiCro built-in MiC model, the representative product is Hailong Ibox micro built-in mic model.
