Succulent plants have shallow roots and are suitable for growing in loose, breathable and well-drained fertile soil. The soil is required to be free of germs and pests. When mixing soil, garden soil, sandy soil, perlite, peat soil and coconut bran can be mixed to meet the growth needs of most succulents. Fleshy meat should be raised in soil with good air permeability. With the growth, you can change the pot soil regularly and prune the roots in spring.

When changing pots, you can apply enough base fertilizer to succulents, adhere to the principle of applying thin fertilizer frequently in the growth stage, apply thin fertilizer and water, and use special fertilizer for succulents. Summer and winter will enter a dormant period, and growth will stagnate at this stage. At this time, fertilization should be suspended to avoid burning the roots of fertilizer.
