Hello, let me introduce the weather in our city.

There are four seasons in our city. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. Spring is from February to May. When spring comes, everything is green. It's warm but windy. Summer is from June to August. This is the hottest season. It often rains. Autumn is cool, from September to November. When winter comes, the weather is very cold and it often snows. We can play with snow. I like winter.

There are four seasons in a year. There are three months in each season. The weather in one season is different from other seasons. The life cycle of plants is controlled by seasons.

The first season is spring. Its three months are March, April and May. During that time, we had warm weather and sunny days. All the plants have come back to life. Animals wake up from hibernation. It's time for farmers to prepare their fields.

The second season is summer. These three months are June, July and August. It is very hot and often rains. People can go swimming and sightseeing. It's time for everything to grow.

The third season is autumn. These three months are September, October and November. The weather is getting cooler and cooler. Leaves began to fall to the ground. This is the harvest season for farmers.

The fourth season is winter. December, January and February are the three months of that season. It was very cold and most plants died at that time. Sometimes it snows. People can enjoy skating and skiing. But winter won't stay with us for long, because spring will come again soon.

My hometown

My hometown is a small city in the south of China. It's very beautiful and quiet.

In spring, the mountains are green, the water is clean and the sky is blue. At this time of year, many tourists from all over the world visit my hometown.

In summer, the weather is very hot, and there is a big swimming pool in my hometown.

In autumn, the mountains are orange and the crops' fruits' are ripe. This season is so busy, I love my hometown.

In winter, the whole world is covered with white. We can have snowball fights, go skiing and go skating.

I like my hometown, and I hope my hometown is getting better and better!
