Want to know what to pay attention to when working in the estuary of Yunnan?

The Pearl of Southern Yunnan, an open border city and a national port-Hekou, is located at the southernmost tip of Yunnan Province, with geographical coordinates of 103 24' to 104 17' in east longitude and 22 27' to 22 17' in north latitude, in Honghe and nanxi river. It is the hub of Yunnan-Vietnam railway, highway and Honghe waterway. The special geographical location and convenient traffic conditions make the estuary an important import and export channel from southwest China to Southeast Asia.

Located at the southeast end of Yunnan Province, between east longitude1034'-17' and north latitude 22 30'-23 02', it borders Maguan County of Wenshan Miao and Zhuang Autonomous Prefecture in the northeast, faces Jinping Miao, Yao and Dai Autonomous County across the Red River in the west, borders Pingbian Miao Autonomous County in the north and Vietnam in the south. The length of the border line is193km. The county government is located in Hekou Town, which is the economic and cultural center of the autonomous county.

The total area of the county is 1332 square kilometers, with mountainous areas accounting for 97.76% of the total area and river valley flat dams accounting for 2.24%. It has jurisdiction over Hekou Town, Nanxi Town, Qiaotou Town, Yaoshan Town, Laofanzhai Town and Lianhuatan Town, with 7 offices, 265 village offices, 438+0 village offices and 239 natural villages.

Estuary, historically, is a wild frontier. However, it occupies a very important position. The county seat is backed by the foot of Silian Mountain, just like a barrier, adjacent to the muddy Red River and the clear nanxi river. The red and white rivers surround the county from east to west, meet at the southern end of the county, and inject people into Vietnam. Across the river, Vietnam's Laojie City and Guliu City stand in three pillars. Ancient books described the estuary as "lying in the south, crossing toes, surrounded by mountains and rivers, reaching four roads", and "entering the estuary of Sangguan has been an important place since ancient times".

In the history of the development of the Chinese nation, according to the records of cultural relics, as early as 30,000 years ago, the ancestors of the estuary had already multiplied and developed here. In the Han Dynasty, the man set an example and entered Sangxian County and put it in Sangguan. Ma Yuan, the general of Fu Bo in the Eastern Han Dynasty, used the Red River to transport heavy troops, and set up Hekou brand in the early Qing Dynasty. In the 23rd year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty, Hekou was changed to the vice supervisor in flood season directly under the jurisdiction of Yunnan provincial government in the 3rd year of the Republic of China, and was promoted to supervisor. In the Republic of China 15, the Hekou Special Administrative Region was established, and in June 65438 +0949+February, the estuary was peacefully liberated. 1950 1 month established the county-level people's government, 1 1 year was approved by the State Council to establish Hekou Yao Autonomous County.

In the long history, despite the ups and downs of the national situation, local governance or chaos, and the extension and contraction of the jurisdiction, the estuary, as a frontier hotspot, has always occupied a very special historical position in the big family of the motherland in the collision, exchange and integration of Chinese and foreign cultures.
