According to the relevant provisions of Article 12 of the Regulations on the Management of Weather Modification promulgated by the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC), in order to effectively protect the lives and property of the broad masses of people, this announcement is hereby issued, please follow it:

1.From July 2 1 day to September 30, 202 1 day, our city will carry out rocket artificial precipitation enhancement in Jiao Shan, Mianhu and Daiyingling townships.

Second, when the weather conditions for artificial precipitation enhancement are available in the above-mentioned operation time and operation area, it is hoped that the township government will do a good job in the safety, publicity and education of shadow operation, and ask the masses to tell each other. Special considerations are as follows:

1, to ensure that the people at the rocket operation site are not onlookers.

2. The rockets used in shadow work are pyrotechnic products, and the quality inspection is carried out by sampling. The qualified rate cannot reach 100%. Therefore, if someone finds a faulty bomb or rocket wreckage, it is strictly forbidden to knock and disassemble it by himself, so as not to cause casualties, and immediately report it to the Meteorological Bureau for handling. 3. In the event of a shadow operation accident, the personnel found at the scene of the accident shall immediately report to the local government at or above the township level or the unit designated by the operation announcement, and assist in protecting the scene of the accident.
