Time limit of Mianyang tail number in restricted area: 7: 00-22: 00 on weekdays, and holidays and public holidays are not restricted.

Restricted areas: within the Second Ring Road of Fucheng District (excluding the Second Ring Road), the urban area of Youxian District (including Xiaodao, Dongyuan Yu Xiang, Taohua Island and Youxian Economic Experimental Zone), Huazhen Town of Anzhou District and jiepai town District, motor vehicles are restricted by turns.
