Therefore, this sentence can also be interpreted as "Qi (weather first) is out of shape, which means death."

Knowing that air can prolong life.

The valley is empty, and the so-called Tao is born from nothingness. Therefore, the beginning of air and stillness is harmonious.

Do not move your mind, come and go; If you can't get out, you will live naturally.

After living for a long time, there is no place to live. If the heart doesn't move and the gas doesn't move, then what follows is that you can't get out, you can't get in, and you naturally live, that is to say, you can't get in, you can't get out, and you can't get out.
