1. Residents are requested to actively cooperate and prepare for health in advance. According to the unified arrangements of each town, residents holding "green codes" will go to their sampling points in an orderly manner for nucleic acid sampling at different times. For key groups and people with limited mobility, sampling personnel will be arranged by the village to take samples at their homes.

2. Please prepare your valid personal identification documents in advance and line up in an orderly manner under the guidance of staff and volunteers.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff and wear a mask throughout the process. When queuing, be sure to keep a distance of 2 meters, do not talk or get together, and maintain good order.

4. All enterprises and shop personnel within the jurisdiction shall go to nearby sampling points to take samples on their own. Those who cannot provide nucleic acid sampling vouchers for all personnel will be suspended;

5. Get the new crown vaccine People who have not completed the test for 48 hours will not be allowed to take the nucleic acid test. After 48 hours, please go to the sampling point of the nearest township health center for a follow-up test.

6. Residents whose Sukang code is red or yellow are not allowed to participate in the nucleic acid testing of all employees. Personnel under "3+11" or "7+7" home health monitoring are not allowed to participate in nucleic acid testing for all employees. Teachers, students and employees of all primary and secondary schools and kindergartens will participate in nucleic acid testing of all employees at school. Personnel with yellow codes are requested to go to the dedicated sampling point for "yellow code" personnel for nucleic acid testing from 13:30 to 16:30 pm on May 6. Persons in close contact and sub-close contact with "double sampling and double inspection" during the self-health monitoring period are asked to go to the sampling points of their respective township health centers to take samples from 13:30 to 16:30 on May 6. Home health monitoring personnel and centralized quarantine personnel are not allowed to participate in nucleic acid testing at centralized sampling points, and door-to-door sampling is arranged.

7. Please pay attention to weather changes, pay attention to travel safety, and take care of the elderly and children.

8. The general public is requested to actively cooperate with the nucleic acid testing work. Anyone who fails to participate without reason, refuses to cooperate, does not support nucleic acid testing, disrupts order, or conceals, lies, or falsifies information will bear corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law. For those who have not participated in this round of nucleic acid testing for all employees and have not been tested in time, their Sukang code will be assigned a "yellow code".
