What should dogs do if they keep panting because of the wet weather?

Dogs breathe slowly, just like taking a deep breath. Just as humans take a deep breath to relax when they are nervous, dogs will breathe slowly under pressure. Although some dogs take deep breaths, just like humans gasp, they rarely last.
